A fresh visual change at Nabanna, the administrative headquarters of the West Bengal government, has attracted widespread attention after the building's iconic blue signboard was replaced with a new saffron-coloured one. Visitors arriving at Nabanna on Monday noticed that the familiar blue nameplate displaying the word "Nabanna" had been replaced with a saffron-coloured signboard.
