Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal delivered the keynote address at the India-Spain Business Forum, highlighting the importance of strengthening economic cooperation between the two nations.

Sharing the update on social media, Goyal emphasized the need to facilitate the free flow of goods and services between India and Spain to unlock exponential growth in bilateral trade and investment.
The minister also outlined four key recommendations to deepen the strategic economic partnership:
Invest deeper and wider in each other's future.

Leverage emerging opportunities through the proposed India-European Union Free Trade Agreement (India-EU FTA).

Enhance tourism and talent connectivity to foster closer people-to-people ties.
Further strengthen government-to-government cooperation to support long-term economic collaboration.

Goyal reaffirmed India's commitment to expanding global trade partnerships and expressed confidence that closer engagement with Spain would create new opportunities for businesses, investors, and innovation in both countries.
