Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi welcomed the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, calling it a significant step towards reforming India's education system.

In a post shared on social media, Gandhi said, "Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation is a very big step towards revamping our education system."
He credited students across the country for their role in the movement and congratulated them for standing united to protect their future.

"Well done to the students across the country; we are proud of all of you," Gandhi wrote, adding, "Heartiest congratulations to every young person, every student who stood firm in protecting their future."

The Congress leader's remarks came in the wake of Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation, with the opposition describing it as a victory for students and a step towards improving the country's education system.
