How tremendous the competition between them is going to be, it can be gauged only by looking at their advance booking. With 4 days left for the release of the film, it has full time to collect more money in the name of advance booking.
‘Ram Setu’ or Thank God?
According to the Box Office of India report, both the films have sold the same number of tickets. Both the films have 6248 BK tickets. So far, Thank God and Ram Setu are equal to each other in advance booking, but due to high ticket rates of Akshay Kumar’s film, its collection amount was high. In such a situation, it can be said that Ram Setu has benefited.
Akshay came out ahead of Ajay Devgan
If we talk about the collection after the ticket, then Ram Setu is leading from Thank God in the initial trends. Akshay Kumar’s film has sold 11.10 lakh tickets so far at the box office on the first day. On the other hand, Ajay Devgn starrer film has so far done a business of 8.20 lakhs through first day advance booking.
Both the films looked sluggish on the first day itself
Talking about city-wise reports, both Ram Setu and Thank God are showing sluggish reactions in all major cities so far. In Delhi-NCR, the Akshay Kumar starrer is showing one or two fast-filling shows in advance booking but the rest of the Saar centers are empty. Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra’s film is still not showing a single show in fast filling mode.
