Soumen Mitra said,”I am in favor of conviction, not only in cyber crime but in all sorts of crime. The stress will be conviction. The cyber crime has changed a lot. Not only to arrest but to make sure that the culprits are convicted”.
Soumen Mitra said,” Traffic is another area of concern. We need to do better.Kolkata police will work for a better Kolkata”.
