US President Donald Trump has asserted that the United States Navy currently has complete control over the strategically important Strait of Hormuz.
“The only one that has control of the Strait of Hormuz right now is the United States Navy,” Trump said.

He described the US blockade as an “infallible” steel wall and claimed that Washington controls the key waterway “100%.”

The Strait of Hormuz is a crucial maritime route connecting the Persian Gulf with the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea, making it strategically important for global energy and shipping markets.

Trump’s remarks come amid heightened tensions involving the United States and Iran, with control and security around the waterway remaining a major geopolitical issue.
