U.S. President Donald Trump has once again stirred global debate with a strong statement on his social media platform, Truth Social, amid rising tensions in the Middle East.
In his post, Trump asserted that Israel did not influence his stance on Iran, emphasizing that his position stems from the aftermath of the October 7 attacks and his long-held belief that Iran must never acquire nuclear weapons.

He also launched a sharp attack on mainstream media, claiming that “90%” of coverage is fabricated and accusing pollsters of manipulation. Trump reiterated his controversial claim that the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election was “rigged.”
Taking the rhetoric further, Trump suggested that the future of Iran could dramatically improve under new leadership, hinting at possible “regime change”, and stating that the country could become “great and prosperous” if its leaders act wisely.
His remarks come at a time of heightened geopolitical tensions, including U.S. military actions in the Gulf and ongoing disputes over Iran’s nuclear ambitions and control of key maritime routes.
The statement has already triggered strong political and diplomatic reactions, as global powers closely watch developments in the region.
