Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Announces Key Cabinet Decisions
Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami announced a series of important decisions covering medical education, land regularisation, the Char Dham Yatra, traffic management, border-area development and the ongoing Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. Speaking about the decisions, Dhami said the state government has taken around 25β26 decisions aimed at strengthening administration and development across Uttarakhand.
The Chief Minister said the government has also increased the stipends of Senior Resident and Junior Resident doctors. According to Dhami, the stipend that was earlier around βΉ75,000 has now been increased to more than βΉ1 lakh.

A key decision highlighted by Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami concerns medical professionals working as Senior Residents and Junior Residents.
Dhami said the monthly stipend, which was previously around βΉ75,000, has now been increased to more than βΉ1 lakh. The decision is aimed at providing improved financial support to resident doctors serving in the state.
The Chief Minister also discussed several other decisions taken by the state government, with a particular focus on development and administrative issues affecting different parts of Uttarakhand.
One-Year Extension for Class B Land Regularisation
Another major issue discussed was the regularisation of Class B land in areas including Dehradun, Lalkuan and Bindukhatta.
According to Dhami, the government has extended the deadline for regularisation by one year. The extension is expected to provide additional time for the concerned residents and authorities to complete the required process.
The Chief Minister said several other decisions were also taken, taking the overall number of decisions discussed during the meeting to around 25 or 26.
Char Dham Yatra Management Discussed
The ongoing Char Dham Yatra was another important subject discussed by the Uttarakhand government.
Dhami said the government is focusing on ensuring that the pilgrimage continues smoothly, with proper arrangements for devotees. Maintaining road conditions and ensuring safe and efficient movement were among the issues discussed.
The Chief Minister emphasised the need for continued attention to infrastructure and arrangements during the ongoing pilgrimage season.
