How the Tendulkars Dressed for Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok’s Wedding
The Tendulkar family turned heads with their elegant ethnic looks at the wedding of Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok, which took place in Mumbai on March 5. The grand ceremony drew several prominent guests, including Nita Ambani, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Raj Thackeray, and many well-known cricketers with their families.
While the bride and groom made a striking appearance in coordinated red wedding outfits, the Tendulkar family also impressed with their carefully chosen designer ensembles.
Sachin Tendulkar looked every bit the stylish father of the groom in a regal Manish Malhotra achkan set. His outfit featured intricate embroidery, giving his look a royal touch for the special occasion.
Anjali Tendulkar complemented the celebrations with an elegant pink saree featuring heavy golden accents, designed by Mumbai-based label Juhi Shah.
Meanwhile, Sara Tendulkar showcased her signature fashion sense in a stunning pink bandhani saree at her brother’s wedding. The pastel-toned drape featured a cutwork rosette border adorned with delicate zardozi and resham embroidery. She paired it with a hot-pink blouse, creating a striking colour contrast.
The family had earlier impressed with their fashion choices at the pre-wedding celebrations as well. The bride wore a dazzling lehenga by Jade by MK, while Arjun opted for a sophisticated beige bandhgala.
For the pre-wedding event, Sachin, Anjali and Sara Tendulkar all chose deep jewel-toned ethnic outfits. The family posed for photographs with the couple, radiating warmth and joy during the festivities.
Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok had announced their engagement on August 25. Saaniya is an entrepreneur working in the pet care industry and is the granddaughter of Mumbai-based industrialist Ravi Ghai.
