Eknath Shinde takes oath as the new Chief Minister of Maharashtra; BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis also sworn-in as Deputy Chief Minister.

After taking the oath as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shinde vowed to give an “effective and strong” Government.

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde appealed to the people to convey the message that governance is dynamic through their work. After the cabinet meeting at the ministry, he interacted with the secretary as well as senior officials. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
