The state urban development minister and the chief administrator of Kolkata Municipal Corporation Firhad Hakim led the programme to observe the Trinamool Congress’ foundation day on 1st January at ward no 82 in Kolkata. In the programme, Hakim also gave tabs to the students for the online education. Besides the Covid warrior s like doctors, police and Asha Karmi were also felicitated in the foundation day programme. Some local women were also given sewing machines. Some persons were given e-rickshaws. Besides, some social workers, who feed the street dogs during the lockdown period.
Hakim said the Trinamool Congress would always stand by the people as it is always with people in Bengal since 1998. He also said the Bengal would never be turned into Gujarat and MP because Mamata Banerjee is the chief minister of Bengal. Besides the minister, several personalities and dignitaries from the different sectors were present in the programme.
