Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are proud parents to Malti Marie Jonas who turned two years old recently. The parents offered prayers at a Los Angeles temple and pulled out all the stops to celebrate the happy occasion. Photos from the celebrations are out on social media platforms of the two celebrity parents and we think they are beyond adorable!
The Photos Are Out On Social Media
On Wednesday morning, Nick Jonas shared photos of his daughter on his Instagram profile and wrote, “Our little angel is 2 years old.” In the photographs, little Malti Marie can be seen happily posing for the camera. We can also see her birthday cake, her parents posing together, and the Jonas brothers. Priyanka Chopra’s manager Anjula Acharia has also posted pictures from Malti Marie’s birthday celebrations on her Instagram stories.
At the temple, the family offered prayers and sought divine blessings on the occasion. Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, was also seen with them. In one photo, the actress is seen carrying Malti Marie in her arms inside the temple premises.
Welcoming 2024 In Mexico
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, along with daughter Malti Marie, ushered in 2024 in Mexico. “Took some time to feed my soul. 2023 had me spent… maybe I still am. Here’s to 2024 highlighted by peace, respite, family, love, joy, and community. Hold your loved ones close. We are very lucky if we can. Happy New Year.” That’s how Priyanka Chopra captioned the post.
Both of them welcomed their little one, Malti Marie in January 2022. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas met at the Met Gala 2017, where they represented American designer Ralph Lauren. After a brief courtship, they got married in style at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Rajasthan in 2018. It was a beautiful event that saw a grand mingling of the East and West.
Nick Jonas had a cameo appearance in Priyanka Chopra’s film Love Again with Celine Dion and Sam Heughan. Earlier in 2023, Nick Jonas crooned with Indian rapper King ‘Tu Maan Meri Jaan’ which was a chartbuster in the country.
Priyanka Chopra was last seen in Russo Brothers’s Citadel and a Hollywood project titled Love Again, a musical, where she co-starred with Sam Heughan and Celine Dion. She will next be seen in Heads of State, alongside John Cena and Idris Elba.
