A Kylian Mbappe double propelled France to a 2-1 win over Denmark and a place in the last 16 of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Cristian Eriksen and Co must beat Australia in their final Group D game to have a chance of going through. Mbappe came alive in the second half, producing one breathtaking run, forcing Kasper Schmeichel into a smart save, and then beating him after playing a one-two with Theo Hernandez, who started due to his brother Lucas being ruled out of the tournament.
