Controversies sparks in a private school at South Kolkata just a day before exam. Guardian of GD Birla school students has alleged that the school is taking illegal money despite court’s direction. There was exams on Wednesday, but couple of hours before many students were removed from school group.
Parents gathered in front of the school on Wednesday morning with the students. They claimed that they are paying tuition fees as per the judgment of the High Court. But school is demanding extra fees like laboratory fees, computer fees and bus fees.
After meeting with the parents,school authorities still demanded that parents should pay all the fees which is a violation of the court’s decision. According to guardians, The school made it clear, that they will allow the students to sit for the exam only after receiving payment of fees.
