Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi issues a strong warning on Iran's defense doctrine and response to any aggression.

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has issued a stern warning, reiterating Tehran's defense policy amid ongoing regional tensions.

In a post shared on social media, Araghchi stated that Iran's defense doctrine remains clear: "eye for an eye." He said any aggression against Iran, including attacks on the country's infrastructure, would prompt a "powerful and decisive response."

The Iranian foreign minister also warned that any country or entity providing support for such aggression—regardless of the nature of that support—would be regarded as a legitimate target by Iran.

The remarks come against the backdrop of heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, with Iran continuing to emphasize its readiness to respond to any perceived military threat.
