Kaushiki Amavasya Tarapith 2026 preparations have received special attention from the West Bengal Government, with multiple arrangements being put in place to ensure the safety, comfort and smooth movement of devotees visiting the sacred Tarapith shrine.

Ahead of the observance of Kaushiki Amavasya, a preparatory meeting was held in Tarapith with officials from the administration, elected representatives and other stakeholders. Detailed discussions focused on managing the expected gathering of devotees and ensuring that pilgrims can have an uninterrupted darshan of Maa Tara.

The government has placed emphasis on several key areas, including security surveillance, transportation, parking, fire safety and primary healthcare facilities.

Special Preparations for Kaushiki Amavasya Tarapith 2026

The Kaushiki Amavasya Tarapith 2026 arrangements are being planned with the needs of devotees and pilgrims in mind. The preparatory meeting in Tarapith brought together officials and representatives to discuss various aspects of crowd management and pilgrim facilities.

The objective is to ensure that devotees can visit the temple safely and comfortably while maintaining smooth arrangements throughout the religious observance.

Focus on Devotee Safety

Safety has been identified as one of the major priorities for the upcoming Kaushiki Amavasya.

Authorities are preparing additional surveillance and monitoring arrangements to help manage the large gathering of pilgrims.

Watch towers and CCTV cameras will be used as part of the security and surveillance measures.

These arrangements are intended to strengthen monitoring in important areas and help the administration respond effectively to situations that may arise during the gathering.

CCTV and Watch Towers for Better Surveillance

As part of the Kaushiki Amavasya Tarapith 2026 preparations, special emphasis has been placed on surveillance.

Watch towers will provide officials with an elevated view of crowded areas, while CCTV cameras will support continuous monitoring of key locations.

Together, these measures are expected to assist authorities in keeping track of crowd movement and maintaining better coordination during the religious occasion.

Monitoring Crowded Areas

With devotees arriving at Tarapith for Maa Tara's darshan, effective crowd monitoring is an important part of the overall arrangements.

The combination of watch towers and CCTV surveillance will form part of the broader security framework being prepared for the event.

Additional Bus and Train Arrangements

Transportation is another major focus of the Kaushiki Amavasya Tarapith 2026 preparations.

Additional bus and train arrangements are being planned to facilitate the movement of devotees and pilgrims travelling to Tarapith.
