Macron Calls Mohammed bin Salman’s France Visit a Major Milestone
French President Emmanuel Macron has described the visit of Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to France as an important milestone in the relationship between the two countries.

In a social media post, Macron said France and Saudi Arabia have consistently worked together to promote peace and stability amid challenges facing the region. He added that both countries will continue consultations and cooperation in this regard.
Highlighting the broader strategic partnership, Macron said the relationship between France and Saudi Arabia is also being strengthened through concrete action, including major projects, advanced technologies, investments and international events.
Macron also highlighted the EWC in Paris as an example of the growing cooperation between the two countries.
“We have already accomplished much together. We can go further,” Macron said, underlining his ambition to further deepen the France-Saudi partnership.
The remarks come as Paris and Riyadh continue to expand cooperation across diplomacy, investment, technology and major international initiatives, while maintaining close consultations on regional peace and stability.
