Mamata Banerjee Calls for Unity, Warns Against ‘Delhi Control’ in Fiery Bengal Rally

West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) Supremo Mamata Banerjee delivered a powerful address at a political rally, calling for unity among the people of Bengal and warning against what she described as attempts to control the state’s politics from Delhi.

Highlighting the strong turnout at the rally, Banerjee said she witnessed a determined and united public ready to defend Bengal’s identity, culture, and future. She asserted that any effort to impose external political influence or divide the people would be firmly resisted through democratic means.

In a direct message aimed at political forces at the Centre, Banerjee stated that those attempting to “run Bengal from Delhi” are mistaken, emphasizing that the state has a deep-rooted cultural and political consciousness. She warned that voters would respond decisively to any attempt to undermine Bengal’s autonomy.

Framing the upcoming elections as a crucial battle, Banerjee described it as a fight against systematic attempts to weaken Bengal. She reiterated that her government’s welfare schemes have reached every doorstep despite challenges and claimed that these initiatives have become essential lifelines for millions.

“Bengal stands tall today for progress, peace, and dignity,” she said, adding that the trust and support of the people remain her party’s greatest strength.

Concluding her speech, Banerjee urged citizens to rise above differences and vote collectively to safeguard Bengal’s language, culture, and future, reinforcing her call for unity in the face of political challenges.
