Both leaders expressed concern over the escalating tensions in West Asia, particularly in light of recent attacks on energy infrastructure. Modi described such attacks as “condemnable,” warning that they could trigger avoidable escalation and further destabilize the region.
Highlighting shared priorities, the two sides underscored the importance of ensuring the unhindered transit of goods and energy—critical to global economic stability and regional cooperation.
