Left front chairman Biman Bose condemned the act of police against leftists youth. On Friday, strike was called by Left youth organization and Congress. Speaking on the attack of police, Biman Bose said, “I condemn the attack by police on the peaceful rally. It was a disciplined rally. The attack was a shameful act. Suddenly they started attacking. Trinamool has started this culture. This is attack on democracy”.
Biman bose added,” Police and Government’s created such an atmosphere like a battlefield. This was like Jalianwalabagh. Thee was no escape route here. So those who appealed for better health and education, they ended beaten up. This is shameful and we strongly condemned the act”.
