Chelsea are in the UEFA Champions League spots after goals from Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic and Armando Broja, his first for the club, eased them to a 3-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers, who remain in the relegation zone on six points.
Chelsea coach Graham Potter said, ‘These games never are in the Premier League, especially when we played on Wednesday in a big game. To recover and to prepare was not straightforward but we’ve got a really good group that are committed, that are together, that are fighting for each other, so it’s positive.
‘I thought we played well in the first half. Disappointed maybe not to score a bit earlier than we did, but I think the goal was important when it came.
