BJP leader Samik Bhattacharya slammed Arup Roy for not taking initiatives to develop co operative. The cooperative system in Bengal is not much smooth, feels Bhattacharya. In a press conference Samik Bhattacharya said,”The co operative system in Bengal has failed. Arup Roy is the person behind this. Bengal is far away in terms of co operative development from Kerala, Tamilnadu and Gujarat. We want his resignation. Government has created a way for some people to loot money from the co operatives. Government has been doing this deliberately. Co operatives has now been a party office for Trinamool Congress”.
