Sinner Ready for Zverev Clash in Wimbledon Final

World No. 1 Jannik Sinner is expecting a fast-paced and physically demanding contest when he takes on Alexander Zverev in the Wimbledon men's singles final on Sunday.

Speaking ahead of the championship match, Sinner acknowledged that the grass-court conditions are likely to favour big servers, making long baseline exchanges less frequent. He believes the warm weather and quick surface will reward aggressive play, with Zverev's powerful serve expected to be a major weapon.

"Less exchanges. Less rhythm. This we know because of the surface being that fast. Being also quite warm it's gonna be good for a big server. He's definitely a big server," Sinner said.

The Italian star, returning to another Grand Slam final, said he is focused solely on delivering his best tennis. Sinner also noted that whatever happened between him and Zverev in the past is now behind them, highlighting the German's recent Grand Slam success in Paris as a confidence booster.

"It feels good again being back in a Grand Slam final. I'll just try to do my best. Whatever happened in the past between me and him, it happened. In between, he won a Slam in Paris, which gave him a lot of confidence. We can see the level he's producing here."

Sinner expects an entertaining contest between two of the world's top players as both chase the prestigious Wimbledon title.
"We all hope for a good match. Then we see how it goes."

The highly anticipated final promises a clash of power, precision and mental resilience, with both players aiming to add another Grand Slam trophy to their growing careers.
