Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for Ekta Kapoor, said a petition has been filed before the Patna High Court but there is no hope that the matter will be listed for hearing soon. He said the apex court had earlier also given protection to Kapoor in a similar case. Rohatgi said that the web series can be watched only after subscription and we have the freedom to watch our own choice in our country.
