Talking about the average, the highest turnout of 70.90% was recorded in Sabarkantha and the lowest was recorded in Ahmedabad at 55.21%. In the second phase, 833 candidates are in the fray. Like the first phase, in the second phase too, the percentage of voting has been higher in rural areas than in cities.

Congress accuses PM Modi of campaigning before voting
