Ola, Uber car owners calls for strike on 22nd February due to excessive price hike of Petrol and Diesel. The cost is getting high though their price is not increasing. So they are facing heavy loss. In order to get a solution they decided to call a strike from 22nd February morning.
AITUC leaders said,” West Bengal transport department is not noticing the date of taxi. We want atleast Rs.50, once a passenger gets in. The way Ola, uber are taking high percentage commission, it’s tough for us to continue. So we had called for the strike”.
