Germany’s Global Bridges Explores India’s Aspirational Leap at NITI Aayog

A high-level delegation from Global Bridges, Germany, visited NITI Aayog to dive into India’s transformative Aspirational Districts Programme (ADP) and Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP), driving faster development and better service delivery at district and block levels.

Chaired by Rohit Kumar, Additional Secretary and Mission Director (ADP/ABP), the session unpacked the programmes’ design, implementation, and real-world impact. Anchored on 3C (Convergence, Collaboration, Competition) and 3F (Funds, Functions, Functionaries), they boost key indicators in health, education, agriculture, financial inclusion, and infrastructure via targeted actions and rigorous monitoring across Central Ministries, states, and local admins.
