West Bengal governor Jagdeep Dhankar not to participate in the state budget this year. Reacting to this news, Trinamool Congress MLA Partha Chatterjee said unnecessary controversies are being created and there is no scope to invite him.
Partha Chatterjee said,” I can only say that it’s a systematic process according to the constitution. When newly the assembly is started then invitation are done. Our speaker has written to honourable governor. He elaborated the constitutional law. But despite of that, this kind of controversies are not right. The house was running, so there is no scope for us”.
