On Thursday, R.N. Ravi was sworn in as West Bengal’s 22th Governor at Lok Bhavan in a grand ceremony attended by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who extended a warm welcome, Biman Banerjee,Speaker ,Biman Bose ,Chairman Left Front, Chief Secretary, DGP, and other top dignitaries.
