Japan PM Takaichi Departs After Boosting India Relations
Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi concluded her official visit to India following the successful 16th India-Japan Annual Summit, marking another significant step in strengthening the longstanding strategic partnership between the two nations.
She was seen off by Union Minister of State Dr. Jitendra Singh at the conclusion of her visit.

During the summit, India and Japan reaffirmed their shared commitment to expanding cooperation across key sectors, including economic growth, technology, infrastructure, defence, and innovation. The discussions underscored the importance of the bilateral partnership in promoting sustainable development and mutual prosperity.
Both sides also emphasized their shared vision for a free, open, and inclusive Indo-Pacific, describing the India-Japan partnership as a key pillar for regional peace, stability, and prosperity.
The visit concluded with both countries expressing confidence that the outcomes of the summit would further deepen their Special Strategic and Global Partnership while advancing cooperation on regional and global challenges.
