Nitin Nabin West Bengal Visit is set to focus on reviewing the Bharatiya Janata Party’s organisational functioning in the state, with upcoming local elections also forming an important backdrop. BJP national president Nitin Nabin is scheduled to visit West Bengal on September 27 and 28 for a series of organisational meetings with state leaders, party functionaries, MPs and MLAs.

Speaking about the visit, West Bengal minister Dilip Ghosh said that a political organisation needs to be reviewed and strengthened periodically. He pointed out that after the party’s electoral victory and the formation of the government, a number of new people have joined the organisation.

According to Ghosh, the expansion of the organisation makes regular reviews and coordination important. He said the party needs to ensure that its organisational structure remains strong and properly organised as it moves towards upcoming corporation and panchayat elections.
