Odisha CM Majhi’s UAE Outreach Draws ₹2.42 Lakh Crore

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has concluded his three-day UAE investment outreach, securing proposed investments worth ₹2.42 lakh crore with the potential to generate 6.18 lakh jobs in the state.

The investment outreach covered Abu Dhabi and Dubai, where the Odisha delegation engaged with leading investors and business representatives to showcase the state’s growing investment opportunities.

The visit resulted in the signing of 8 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and 16 Investment Intents. During the three-day programme, CM Majhi held 26 one-to-one meetings and participated in 6 round-table discussions with prospective investors.

Odisha highlighted investment opportunities across several high-growth sectors, including green energy, artificial intelligence and data centres, critical minerals, steel, logistics, tourism and other emerging industries.
