Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Indian boxer Ankush Panghal on winning the Gold Medal in the Men's 80kg Boxing event at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, describing his performance as a testament to strength, skill and determination.

Sharing his message on social media, the Prime Minister praised Panghal's outstanding campaign and said his achievement would inspire countless young athletes across the country.
