PM Narendra Modi Urges Citizens to Stay Hydrated as India Faces Rising Temperatures

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged citizens across the country to take precautions as several parts of India continue to experience soaring temperatures and intense heat conditions.

In a message shared on social media, the Prime Minister highlighted the challenges posed by the ongoing heatwave and stressed the importance of staying safe during extreme weather conditions.

“Different parts of India are witnessing soaring temperatures and the challenges that come with it. This heat is harsh on all of us and I urge you all to take as many precautions as possible,” PM Modi said.

He advised people to stay hydrated and carry water while stepping outdoors. The Prime Minister also encouraged citizens to help others during the harsh weather, emphasizing the importance of small acts of kindness.

“Please stay hydrated, keep water with you when stepping out. Offer a glass of water to others. In weather like this, such kindness goes a long way,” he added.

As temperatures rise across various regions, health experts also continue to advise people to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, stay hydrated, and take necessary precautions to prevent heat-related illnesses.
