Maharashtra political crisis:At a meeting held in Guwahati on Saturday, the Eknath Shinde-led faction of rebel Shiv Sena leaders announced that it was naming itself the ‘Shiv Sena Balasaheb Group’.
“Our group will be called Shiv Sena Balasaheb. We will not merge with any party”,rebel Shiv Sena MLA Deepak Kesarkar said.
Sources said meeting of rebel MLAs including Eknath Shinde starts. The rebel camp will address a press conference at 4 pm. A new committee and the names of leaders are likely to be declared during the conference.
