Suvendu Meets Bereaved TMC Worker’s Family, Assures Swift and Transparent Investigation
West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari met the family of a deceased Trinamool Congress (TMC) worker and expressed his condolences while stressing the need for justice through due institutional process.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister thanked the victim’s family for maintaining dignity in the wake of their personal tragedy and for refusing to allow the incident to be used for political purposes.
Suvendu Adhikari said grief should not be politicised and appreciated the family’s decision to place their faith in the state administration, the Director General of Police (DGP) and local law enforcement agencies.
The Chief Minister also stressed that political opportunism must not come ahead of institutional accountability. He directed the authorities to ensure that the investigation is swift, transparent and completely uncompromised.
The government, he said, remains committed to ensuring that all relevant facts are established and that the victim’s family receives complete justice.
