Team India will tour New Zealand from 18 November to 30 November. Where a total of 3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches will be played. Two captains have also been appointed in the Indian team for both the teams. This will be India’s first tour after the World T20.

Team India New Zealand Tour 2022. In the T20 World Cup 2022, the journey of the Indian team ended after the defeat against England in the semi-final match. At the same time, the England team has become the world champion. Team India will now go on a tour of New Zealand, where the series of experiments will start again. That is, Team India’s T20 team will have separate captains and players while separate captains are being appointed for the ODI team. In the last few years, 5 captains and 30 players have been experimented in the Indian team but so far the winning combination has not been found which can win the ICC tournament.

3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches in New Zealand

Team India going on New Zealand tour will play 3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches there. The captaincy of the ODI team has been handed over to Shikhar Dhawan, while the T20 team will be captained by Hardik Pandya. The series will begin with the first T20 match on 18 November and the last ODI match will be played on 30 November. However, some senior players of the team have not been selected for this tour and have been rested.
