US President Donald Trump speaking about Iran and its nuclear program

US President Donald Trump has issued a strong warning on Iran’s nuclear ambitions, declaring that Tehran will not be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon.

Speaking about the US stance toward Iran, Trump said, β€œWe had no choice, and I would've done it again 100 times.” He added that Iran β€œcannot have a nuclear weapon” and insisted that it β€œwon't be having a nuclear weapon.”

Trump’s remarks underline Washington’s continued focus on preventing Iran from developing or obtaining nuclear weapons. His comments also signal a firm US position as tensions surrounding Iran’s nuclear programme remain a major international concern.

The statement comes amid continued scrutiny of Iran’s nuclear activities and the broader security situation in the Middle East.
