During the visit, officials demonstrated how advanced webcasting systems are being used to monitor polling activities in real time, enhancing accountability and boosting voter confidence. The initiative reflects India’s continued efforts to modernize election management through digital innovation.
The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) and the State Police Nodal Officer (SPNO) of Assam also briefed the delegates on key aspects of the election process, including security arrangements, monitoring mechanisms, and steps taken to ensure free and fair polls across the state.
