n a significant political development, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President and newly-elected Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Nitin Nabin has announced his resignation as the elected representative from the Bankipur constituency in the Bihar Legislative Assembly.
Taking to social media, Nabin shared an emotional message expressing gratitude towards the people of his constituency and reaffirmed his commitment to public service. He stated that while stepping down from his MLA role, his dedication to the development of Bankipur and the state of Bihar remains unwavering.

“Today, I am resigning from my position as the elected member representing the Bankipur constituency in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. Through the new role entrusted to me by the party, I shall remain ever-ready and committed to the development of my constituency and the state of Bihar,” he wrote.
Highlighting his deep connection with party workers and citizens, Nabin emphasized that the bond he shares with the people of Bihar will continue to inspire and guide him in his political journey.
He also reiterated his alignment with the broader national vision led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating his commitment to achieving the goals of a “Developed India” and a “Developed Bihar” by 2047.
