PM Modi Hails Captain Smit, Urges Prayers for His Health

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised Captain Smit Machchhar for his remarkable feat, saying his achievement has filled the nation with pride and brought glory to India.

Speaking in Delhi, PM Modi said he had spoken with Smit’s father, Bhupendra, his mother, Gita, and his wife, Sonal, regarding his condition. The Prime Minister said that Captain Smit is currently undergoing treatment.

“Today, the entire world is proud of him,” PM Modi said, while highlighting Smit’s contribution and the pride his achievement has generated across the country.

The Prime Minister also appealed to citizens to pray for Captain Smit’s long life and excellent health. He urged people to salute Smit for bringing glory to India.
