“Public Trust Is My Greatest Responsibility”: Suvendu Adhikari Thanks Voters, Pledges Inclusive Development
West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive governance and public service while addressing a felicitation ceremony organized by the Bengal Vikas Forum.
Speaking before supporters and community members, Adhikari said that the overwhelming trust, confidence, and expectations placed in him by the people come with a significant responsibility. He emphasized that fulfilling those expectations requires continuous effort and a commitment to taking everyone along on the path of development.
“With so much trust, confidence, such a huge mandate and so many expectations, it is my responsibility to fulfill them by taking everyone along. That is why I have to keep working,” Adhikari said.
The Chief Minister expressed heartfelt gratitude to senior citizens, women, and young voters for their support and blessings. He particularly thanked mothers and sisters who, he said, accepted him as a brother and son, while acknowledging the youth for their role in supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Adhikari credited the BJP's success in the state to the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the faith reposed in the party by voters who sought development and national progress.
The event, organized by the Bengal Vikas Forum, served as an occasion to recognize Adhikari's leadership and discuss the government's vision for the future. He reiterated his resolve to continue working tirelessly for the welfare of the people and the overall development of West Bengal.
