Amit Shah Slams Mamata Banerjee, Highlights BJP Surge Ahead of West Bengal Polls
Responding to a question about what has changed between the last and the upcoming Bengal elections, Shah remarked, “This time, the leg isn’t broken, and secondly, there is no coronavirus,” in an apparent dig at Banerjee.Elections have been announced in Bengal.

Highlighting the Bharatiya Janata Party’s steady growth in the state, Shah presented comparative electoral data: 2014 Lok Sabha Elections: 17% vote share, 2 seats 2019 Lok Sabha Elections: 41% vote share, 18 seats He emphasized that the BJP has now established a strong voter base of around 40% in Bengal. In the Assembly elections: 2016 Vidhan Sabha Elections: 10% vote share, 3 seats 2021 Vidhan Sabha Elections: 38% vote share, 77 seats Shah stated that these figures reflect the BJP’s rapid expansion and increasing public support across the state.I would like to present some figures to show that the people of Bengal have continuously supported BJP and how BJP has gradually grown in West Bengal.

With elections now announced, Shah asserted that BJP workers, under the state leadership, are committed to forming the next government.
