Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Applications Open for 4,500 Vacancies

The Central Bank of India has started the online application process for the recruitment of 4,500 Apprentice posts across the country. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the bank's official website, centralbank.bank.in.

According to the official notification, the registration process began on June 12, 2026, and will remain open until June 22, 2026. The online examination is expected to be conducted during the first week of July 2026.

Vacancy Details

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,500 Apprentice positions in the Central Bank of India.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or hold an equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years

Candidates should have been born between May 31, 1998, and May 31, 2006 (both dates inclusive).

Selection Process

Candidates who successfully submit the application form and pay the required fee will be shortlisted through a two-stage selection process:

1. Online Examination

The online test will be conducted by BFSI SSC and will consist of:

  • 100 Questions
  • 100 Marks
  • Duration: 60 Minutes

2. Local Language Test

Candidates will also be required to qualify in a Local Language Proficiency Test of the state for which they are applying.

Final selection will be based on performance in the prescribed selection stages and fulfillment of eligibility conditions.
