West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari Launches 4 Citizen Helplines at Nabanna

In a major step towards strengthening transparent and accountable governance, West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Wednesday inaugurated the new Control Room at Nabanna and launched four dedicated toll-free helplines for citizens to report corruption and illegal activities across the state.

The newly launched helplines are designed to ensure faster grievance redressal and encourage public participation in maintaining law and order.

The dedicated helpline numbers are:
Cut Money Complaints: 155334
Syndicate Crime Complaints: 155335
Illegal Toll Collection: 155337
Illegal Liquor Complaints: 155339

The Chief Minister said the initiative reflects the government's commitment to clean, transparent and citizen-centric governance. The centralized Control Room at Nabanna will coordinate complaint monitoring, verification and prompt action by the concerned departments and law enforcement agencies.

Officials stated that the new system will improve accountability, strengthen public trust and provide citizens with an easy and accessible platform to report corruption, extortion and other illegal activities.

The launch of the new Control Room and dedicated helplines marks another step in the West Bengal government's efforts to improve public service delivery and ensure swift action against unlawful practices across the state.
