Mamata Banerjee Vows Support for TMC Workers Amid Political Tensions

Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday reaffirmed her commitment to party workers while addressing a dharna organised over alleged attacks on TMC leaders and supporters.
Speaking at the protest site, Banerjee expressed solidarity with party cadres and assured them of her unwavering support during challenging times.

“I will not abandon TMC workers in these difficult times,” she declared, accusing political opponents of targeting party members and attempting to intimidate grassroots workers.

The West Bengal Chief Minister said the party would continue to stand by its workers and resist any efforts to suppress democratic voices. Her remarks came amid heightened political tensions in the state, with the TMC alleging repeated attacks on its leaders and supporters.

Banerjee's statement is being seen as a strong message to party cadres ahead of upcoming political battles, emphasizing unity, resilience, and organisational strength.
