Nutritious Food for Every Citizen, Higher Farmer Incomes Top Priority: Shivraj Singh Chouhan at National Agriculture Festival

Ensuring food security for over 140 crore citizens, providing nutritious food to every household, and steadily increasing the income of the 46% population dependent on agriculture remain the top priorities of the Central Government, said Union Minister for Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Highlighting efforts to transform the agricultural landscape, he described the national-level ‘Advanced Agriculture Festival’ held in Raisen as a significant step toward modernizing farming practices and bringing about a positive change in the sector.
