PM Modi Hails Lovepreet Singh's CWG 2026 Silver

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Indian weightlifter Lovepreet Singh for winning the silver medal in the Men's +110kg super-heavyweight event at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

Sharing his message on social media, the Prime Minister praised Lovepreet's outstanding performance and his record-breaking effort in the snatch event.
"Exceptional performance by Lovepreet Singh for winning a Silver in the Men's +110kg event. His outstanding effort in the snatch set a new Commonwealth Games record too. His dedication and determination are truly admirable. My best wishes."
