Thomas Tuchel Takes Blame for England World Cup Exit

England manager Thomas Tuchel has taken full responsibility for the Three Lions' heartbreaking FIFA World Cup semi-final defeat to Argentina, saying he has "no regrets" about the decisions he made during the tournament.

Reflecting on England's narrow 2-1 loss, Tuchel admitted the defeat was painful but insisted he would not change his approach. Speaking after the match, the German coach said:
"I don't regret my decisions."

Tuchel acknowledged the disappointment felt by the players, staff and supporters, adding that he would "take the blame" for England's elimination from the tournament.

England's World Cup dream came to an end after Argentina secured victory to book their place in the final. Despite the setback, Tuchel defended his tactical choices, stressing that every decision was made with the team's best interests in mind.

The defeat leaves England preparing for the third-place playoff, while Argentina move one step closer to lifting another FIFA World Cup title.
