India's Sub-Junior Men's Hockey Team produced a dominant performance to defeat Pakistan 3-1 in the final and win the FIH Youth Hockey5s Asian Championship 2026 in Muscat, completing an unbeaten run throughout the tournament.


India's goals came from Romit Pal, captain Ketan Kushwaha, and Shahrukh Ali, sealing a memorable victory over their arch-rivals and clinching the continental title in style.



With their impressive performances, both India and Pakistan secured qualification for the inaugural FIH Youth Hockey5s World Cup, marking another significant milestone for youth hockey in the region.

India's success extended beyond the men's competition, as the Sub-Junior Women's Team finished with the Silver medal, ensuring that both Indian teams returned home with podium finishes from the championship.

The twin medal-winning performances underline the strength of India's emerging hockey talent and provide a major boost ahead of the inaugural FIH Youth Hockey5s World Cup, where both the men's and women's teams will look to build on their success.
